Tadka on Wheels — FAQs
Fresh spices. Real taste. Fast service.
Q1. What food will Tadka on Wheels sell, and how is it special or different from other food trucks in Terrace?
Tadka on Wheels will sell Indian food like butter chicken, samosas, paneer, and biryani. It’s different because we will serve real Indian taste with fresh spices and homemade style food. Most other food trucks in Terrace sell only fast food or Western food.
Q2. Who will be your main customers, and where will you park your truck to reach them?
Our main customers will be students, Indian families, and local people who like spicy and tasty food. We will park near Coast Mountain College, downtown Terrace, and at events or festivals where many people come.
Q3. How will you tell people about your food truck so more people know about it?
We will use Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to post pictures and videos of our food. We’ll also give discounts, free samples, and use colorful posters around Terrace to attract people.
Q4. What will you do to keep your food clean, fresh, and safe for customers?
We will store food in fridges, cook it fresh every day, and keep everything clean and covered. All workers will wear gloves, aprons, and hairnets to keep the food safe.
Q5. How will you handle busy times when many people come to buy food?
We will prepare popular food early and use a fast order system. Two people will work together — one takes orders and the other cooks — to serve quickly.
Q6. What will you do if your food truck has a problem or cannot open one day?
If our truck breaks down, we will tell customers on social media and maybe deliver from a small kitchen that day. We’ll also have a mechanic ready to fix the truck fast.
Q7. How will you check your sales and spending to make sure you are earning profit?
We will use a sales app or system to record every sale. At the end of each month, we will check how much money we spent and how much we earned to make sure we are making profit.
